VOD is an exciting and beautiful modern take on the story of Pandora’s Box. Our version takes place under the big top of a classic vaudevillian circus tent in the year 1949. We follow a young soldier returning home from war and his struggle to rediscover hope and find piece after surviving the horrors of World War II. On his journey he enters the world of the circus and meets a group of passionate, free, and extraordinary people who similarly seek hope in their own lives. Combining incredible feats of acrobatics with beautiful period scenery and aesthetics VOD is unlike any theatrical experience. This one of a kind immersive experience will transport you to a time gone by through daring physical performance, innovative multimedia/ projection mapping and dance. This time may seem far from today but its social, economic, political and emotional message is closer than you may think.
